Qualifications
- Qualified to teach Special Education under Arizona certification requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Current Arizona Special Education teaching certificate.
- Current Fingerprint Clearance Card on file.
Responsibilities
- Provides classroom instruction and monitors all areas of IEPs.
- Interprets diagnostic data and adapts instruction accordingly.
- Maintains standards of pupil behavior to support a functional learning environment.
- Adapts curriculum with individual plans and materials for each pupil.
- Keeps progress records and submits quarterly reports.
- Collaborates with general education teachers to promote inclusion.
