Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with significant international tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international corporate/entity tax law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex international tax engagements for multinational businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Advise clients on cross-border tax planning, international structures, and compliance.
• Oversee preparation and review of U.S. tax returns with cross-border implications.
• Research and advise on international tax matters including CFCs, Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, PFICs, treaties, withholding.
• Monitor changes in U.S. and international tax laws and communicate impacts.
• Coordinate with domestic tax teams and foreign advisors to provide integrated solutions.
• Review tax returns, workpapers, and deliverables for technical accuracy and quality.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and client expectations.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals and support recruiting efforts.
• Lead knowledge base within International Services Group.
