Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a Crop Protection Field Development Intern in Little Rock, AR. The role offers hands-on experience in trial implementation, data capture, and field operations within our Emerging Talent Program.

Internship duration is May 2027 – August 2027. You will gain exposure to day-to-day business operations and develop professional skills while contributing to product development activities.

Formación

• Enrollment in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or advanced degree program in Agriculture, Biological Science, or another closely related field of study.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable moving violations record.

Responsabilidades

• Gain thorough knowledge and understanding of Syngenta and crop protection product development.
• Support Crop Protection Field Development activities, such as trial implementation, maintenance, and data capture in field, greenhouse, and/or laboratory settings.
• Identify 2-3 personal development opportunities while in the internship program.
• Learn processes and skills utilized to develop products and technologies.
• Develop an understanding of Crop Protection Field Development’s role in sales, marketing, and agronomy.
• Manage a project under the guidance of Crop Protection Field Development Scientist(s).
• Develop and deliver a summary presentation of the internship experience to stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly performance discussions with managers to enable continuous growth and improvement.
