Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a results-driven agricultural sales professional to drive growth in our retail network, serving customers in Florida. You will leverage product knowledge to meet annual sales goals, build strong customer relationships, and provide service across assigned territory.

The role emphasizes understanding soil, crop nutrition, and agronomic trends, plus training teammates and initiating trials to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or closely related field.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in agriculture and crop protection.
• PCA License is preferred or CCA Certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
• PCA License is required (for CA positions) / CCA Certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials
• Valid Driver’s License
