Gold Star FS, Inc. is seeking a Crop Associate in Cambridge, IL to work under the Precision Manager and Crops Specialists, aiding in daily workflow and driving profitable sales in the territory.

The role emphasizes learning GIS tools FieldAlytics, Agvance, and Climate FieldView to develop fertilizer prescriptions, support marketing plans, and deliver exceptional customer service through field data and scouting.

Qualifications

• Entry level position for agricultural graduates or professionals.
• Learn GIS via FieldAlytics and planning software Agvance.
• Develop sales approach using FS interview road map.
• Willing to travel and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use FieldAlytics to manage customer field data and generate seasonal reports.
• Create Variable Rate Fertilizer recommendations from soil tests.
• Use Climate FieldView to create Variable Rate Planting prescriptions.
• Assist in planning, blending and pre-pay tickets in Agvance.
• Provide customer service via soil testing, scouting and follow-ups.
• Schedule product delivery and assist in operations.
