Monday–Friday with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Schedule options include 4x8s, 3x12s, or 3x13s. Available shifts: 12p–8p, 7a–7p, and 7a–8p. Please provide your schedule preference. No call.

Cases include ENT, ophthalmology, and complex head and neck procedures, including difficult airways and skull base surgeries. Primarily adult patients; pediatric cases are optional. Medical direction model. Epic EMR.

$230/hr all-inclusive, plus a $22/day parking allowance. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
