6 Degrees Search seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center in Rutland, Vermont. You will work in a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present to provide strong physician support and team collaboration.

The role involves pre-anesthesia assessments, developing care plans, administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, and

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
