Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our trauma-centered Department of Anesthesiology in Rutland, VT. Work under physician supervision in a supportive team, with day shifts and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification and Vermont licensure eligibility.
• Maintain BLS/ACLS; strong patient safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
