Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Rutland, Vermont seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the Department of Anesthesiology as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. Work within a supervision model with strong physician support and collaborative team dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a Nurse Anesthesia program graduate with active CRNA certification, Vermont licensure eligibility, and BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification and Vermont licensure eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
