Overview

CarleHealth is seeking additional CRNAs to join our established Anesthesia team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Daytime only position
• Join a collaborative team with 15 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs dedicated to providing patient-centered care
• Generous salary & sign‑on bonus package
• No overnight call
• 4 weekend shifts per year (Saturdays daytime only); option to find replacements among teammates who pick up extra shifts and avoid working weekends altogether
• 8‑hour shifts
• Diverse case exposure including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, urology, general surgery, plastics, podiatry, GI, electrophysiology, vascular and healthy pediatrics (no neonatal)
• Caring, supportive surgical environment
• Experienced, respectful support staff, supervised by anesthesiologist

Educational/Experience Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia

Licensure/Certification Requirements

• Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license and current certification through NBCRNA
• Certified as ACLS

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $296,858–$321,568. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
