Job summary

Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions in Michigan is seeking a PRN CRNA to provide safe anesthesia care in ambulatory surgery centers, collaborating with anesthesiologists and ASC leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services.

You will perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations, create individualized care plans, administer general/ regional/ MAC or sedation, and manage the perioperative course including post-anesthesia care and discharge readiness.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active RN and APRN licensure in the practicing state.
• NBCRNA certification is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, MAC, and sedation as indicated.
• Manage airways, hemodynamics, fluid therapy, and anesthetic depth.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Respond to perioperative emergencies and participate in ACLS-based interventions.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and ASC leadership; adhere to state laws.
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and PACU staff.
• Participate in daily case flow optimization and turnover improvements.
