Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a licensed CRNA to join our AM family for PRN coverage in our Michigan pediatric ASC. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver safe anesthesia care for pediatric patients under general anesthesia.

As part of a close-knit surgical team, you will contribute to a culture focused on safety, quality, and accessibility of care, with no on-call requirements and a flexible PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Licensure as CRNA in the relevant state.
• BLS certification is required.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.

About You

You are a licensed CRNA with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Appropriate licensing for state location
• BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date

Preferred

• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
