Job summary

St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado, seeks a board-certified CRNA to join our physician-centric anesthesia team. You will deliver comprehensive perioperative care, collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons, and participate in education and mentorship of trainees.

Expect a flexible inpatient schedule with call rotations and block scheduling. We offer a competitive base salary guaranteed for up to three years, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a residency bonus.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
Current RN license in Colorado.
Current APRN recognition in Colorado.
Current NBCRNA certification.
Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
PALS and/or ATLS may be required depending on practice setting or specific credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across general, regional, local, and MAC anesthesia.
Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and formulate individualized plans.
Intraoperative management and monitoring of patients; respond to emergent situations.
Post-anesthetic care and PACU oversight; optimize pain management.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, hospitalists, and other clinicians.
Document all anesthesia care for records and billing; contribute to quality improvements.
Support teaching and mentorship of nursing students and trainees.
