Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking per diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy centers in Fairfax, Reston, Woodbridge, Manassas and Alexandria. This CRNA-only model provides autonomy and collaboration within a cohesive team, with predictable weekday hours and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:15am–4pm, with an 8-hour guaranteed shift and company-paid malpractice insurance. Competitive compensation reflects local healthcare demand and commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in nurse anesthesiology.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures.
• Work alongside gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff.
• Enjoy a CRNA-only model within a cohesive, supportive team.
• Maintain a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and reasonable daily case volume.
