Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA for a dynamic team near Chicago at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital. The hospital is a nonprofit Catholic community facility with 298 beds and updated operating rooms. Location is equipped with new equipment and surgeries.

The role features varied shifts including 8’s, 10’s, and 12’s with beeper call from home daily, including weekends. Comprehensive benefits and fully paid malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
