Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a CRNA for per diem coverage at our Florham Park, NJ ASC. Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts are available, with no nights or holidays and no weekend work, and compensation potential including a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

You will join a team of 15 full-time anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing anesthesia for General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, ENT, and more, with NJ licensure, CRNA board certification, and CDS/DEA credentials required.

Qualifications

• Requires NJ State Medical License and board certification as a CRNA.
• CDS and DEA credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to provide anesthesia care.
• Deliver anesthesia for a broad range of ambulatory cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, ENT, and GI.
• Monitor patients and manage anesthesia care per department guidelines.

Summit Health is a growing, physician led, multispecialty practice environment that operates multiple ASCs for a wide range of ambulatory surgeries. 8- and 10-hour shifts are available with the opportunity to earn additional income for work on Saturdays. This opportunity provides a fantastic lifestyle with no nights, no call, no holidays, and no requirement for work on weekends at our Berkeley Heights and/or Florham Park ASCs.## **Requirements include:*** ## Requires NJ State Medical License and certification and board certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)* ## CDS and DEA required* ## Ability to commute as needed## **Responsibilities include:*** ## Works collaboratively on a team with 15 full-time Anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs* ## Provides anesthetic care for a wide variety of cases including General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, and GI* ## Provides anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures in collaboration with the medically directing physician and under the standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology* ## Will administer anesthesia during surgery or procedures and will continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs and reactions and manage accordingly## ## **Compensation Range:** $200,000 - $265,000## *The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.*## ## **SUMMIT HEALTH** We are a smoke and drug-free environment.
