Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for part-time daytime shifts. The role offers a sign-on bonus and an hourly compensation range. You will collaborate with staff anesthesiologists to provide high-quality anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• IL APRN license required.
• IL RN license required.
• NBCRNA board certification.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate equipment and prepares room for procedures.
• Ensures preoperative documentation is complete and aligns with plan of care.
• Manages anesthesia care with anesthesiologist and surgical team.
• Performs complete pre/intra/postoperative documentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Master's degree in nursing

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (IL) license

Registered Professional Nurse (IL) license

NBCRNA certification

BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA)

ACLS certification
