Job summary

Gobravvo in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time contract.

You will provide anesthesia care in both inpatient (15%) and outpatient (85%) settings, supporting surgical and procedural services with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care. The role offers a flexible schedule with rotating call, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and use of EPIC EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan nursing license or eligibility for nursing compact license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient and inpatient procedures.
• Perform labor epidurals and cesarean sections as required.
• Coordinate pre-anesthesia assessments, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
• Participate in rotating call schedule, including one weekend per month and 1-2 weekday calls per week.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to best practices in anesthesia care.
• Support departmental operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.
