Accolades Physician Resources LLC seeks a CRNA in Indiana to join a 400-bed hospital facility with a full range of medical specialties. The role offers a hospital-employed arrangement with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for a 4-day workweek profile.

The package includes a $90k sign-on bonus, $135/hour pay, eight weeks of vacation and holidays, a 403B with employer match, and CME allowance. License-related reimbursements are provided to support practice in Indiana.

Qualifications

• CRNA with Indiana license eligibility.
• 1+ years experience preferred.
• Board certified or board eligible; US residency/work visa status as applicable.

Responsibilities

• 40 hour work week.
• Average 2–10 patients per day.
• Hospital employed opportunity.
• 28 ORs; NORA includes GI suites, Cath Labs, and IR.
• Call: 40 hour week with 1 weekend per month.
