Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem CRNA for North Knoxville Medical Center, located in Powell, TN. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, induction and management of anesthesia, and monitoring patients. Applicants must hold a current RN license and graduate from an accredited CRNA program. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $175 per hour as a W2 employee or $200 per hour as a 1099 contractor, along with professional development opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license to practice.
• Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• AANA certification or recertification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Obtain and verify patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induce, maintain, and manage emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.

Skills

Current license as a registered professional nurse
