Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team at the Henry Ford Medical Group Surgery Center. The CRNA will administer IV, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for diverse surgical cases and obstetrical deliveries, providing airway management as needed.

The role includes no call, no overnight shifts, minimal weekend work, and a 9:30pm latest shift.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
