Job summary

Columbia Healthcare seeks a CRNA for Stayton, OR in a full-time, W2 role with independent practice. The position supports a busy orthopedic program and other surgical specialties, with frequent ultrasound-guided blocks and labor & delivery coverage.

The practice offers an excellent salary, 8 weeks of PTO, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Candidates will join a high-volume OR team with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• CRNA with current licensure and board certification.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently in a high-volume OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for orthopedic cases and other surgical specialties.
• Perform ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia blocks.
• Cover Labor & Delivery with approximately 200 deliveries per year.
• Accept call: 1 day/week with post-call day off and every 6th weekend.

CRNA only, independent practice

Full-Time W2 competitive pay

Other surgical specialties include general surgery, GYN, podiatry, ENT, GI, robotics. Minimal pediatric cases

Labor & Delivery coverage. Approximately 200 deliveries/yr

Call 1 day/week with post call day off. Every 6th weekend.
