Barton Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced CRNA for a 17-day locum tenens assignment in Nebraska.

The role requires independent practice on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with out-of-house call, handling a diverse caseload including general, orthopedic, urology, and endoscopy. Responsibilities include regional anesthesia and nerve blocks; obstetric cases from the ER, pediatric, dental, and spine procedures; inpatient management with Meditech EHR.

Qualifications

• CRNA credential with current independence in anesthesia practice.
• Experience performing regional anesthesia and nerve blocks.
• Proficiency in managing a diverse caseload in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer regional anesthesia and nerve blocks.
• Manage anesthesia for general, orthopedic, urology and endoscopy cases.
• Provide anesthesia for emergent obstetrics cases originating from the ER.
• Oversee pediatric, dental, and spine procedures as needed.
• Operate independently within CRNA scope of practice.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a 17-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Nebraska. This role requires independent practice for a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, including out-of-house call. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on general, orthopedic, urology, and endoscopy cases, with occasional pediatric, dental, and spine procedures, along with emergent obstetrics cases from the ER, emphasizing proficiency in regional anesthesia and nerve blocks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Administer regional anesthesia and nerve blocks.
• Manage anesthesia for various surgical cases including orthopedic, urology, and endoscopy.
• Provide anesthesia for emergent obstetrics cases originating from the emergency room.
• Oversee sporadic pediatric, dental, and spine procedures.
• Operate independently within the scope of CRNA practice.
