Job summary

Requirements include a Master of Science in Nursing and a current CRNA certification, with a minimum of two years of experience in a multispecialty practice. The role emphasizes airway management, perioperative care, and patient safety across the post-anesthesia period.

Qualifications

• MSN required and CRNA certification required.
• Minimum of two years or progressive experience in a multispecialty physician group model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of airway management.
• Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia by evaluating patient response and administering medications and fluids.
• Initiate and administer post-anesthesia pharmacological or fluid support of the cardiovascular system.
• Initiate and administer respiratory support to ensure ventilation and oxygenation during post-anesthesia period.
• Provide post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
• Discharge patient from post-anesthesia care unit.
• Monitor life functions and take corrective action in adverse drug responses.
• Terminate anesthesia and ensure patient safety in post-anesthetic recovery room.
• Other duties as assigned.
