Job summary

Banner University Medicine Tucson is growing and seeking a CRNA Manager to join our anesthesia care team serving the communities of Tucson and Southern Arizona.

The role combines clinical time with leadership responsibilities, managing a large CRNA team, evaluating patients, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. Board-certified CRNAs with AZ license (or eligibility) and strong OB epidural/spinal experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRNA experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible).
• Up-to-date CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and leadership to support the anesthesia service line.
• Lead regular CRNA team meetings and HR duties; oversee scheduling.
• Collaborate with department and hospital leadership to develop the team.
• Foster a collaborative and safe patient care environment.
