Job summary

Banner University Medicine Tucson is growing and seeking a CRNA Manager to join the anesthesia care team serving Tucson and Southern Arizona. You will lead a large CRNA team, clinically manage and evaluate patients, and oversee staffing, procedures, and education of SRNAs.

The role combines clinical time with leadership duties and requires a minimum of 5+ CRNA years, board certification, and AZ CRNA license. Excellent benefits and relocation support are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRNA experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible).
• Up-to-date CPR, BLS, ACLS; PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and leadership oversight of the CRNA team.
• Lead regular CRNA team meetings, performance management, and HR duties.
• Review and manage team schedule.
• Work with department and hospital leadership to develop the team.
