Job summary

All-Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a CRNA in Michigan to provide anesthesia care in OR and call shifts. The role includes 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient work, with weekend and weekday call requirements, and a flexible schedule (5x8s or 4x10s, with potential 5x10s).

Start times are early; providers typically arrive around 06:30–06:45. Collaboration with an MD Anesthesiologist is required, and independence during regular hours and on call is preferred.

Qualifications

• Michigan license/permit to practice CRNA
• Experience in operating room anesthesia and call coverage
• Ability to work independently with supervision as needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an MD Anesthesiologist for case planning
• Provide CRNA-level anesthesia care during regular hours and on call
• Adhere to OR schedule options (5x8s or 4x10s; 5x10s possible)

Call:

• Weekend call: one weekend per month.

• Weekday call: 1-2 days per week.

Schedule:

• Schedule: either 5x8s or 4x10s. Will consider 5x10s if provider is interested.

• Room time is 0715. Anesthesia personnel typically arrive between 0630 and 0645

• Providers work in collaboration with an M.D. Anesthesiologist. Looking for a CRNA that can work independently during regular hours and on call.
