Novant Health's Thomasville Medical Center seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across multiple ORs and suites.

With 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) and a sign-on bonus up to $100,000, this role offers broad exposure to diverse surgical cases, a comprehensive orientation for new grads, ongoing education, and a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN, MSN, DNP, and/or graduate diploma required.
• NBCRNA-certified and licensed as CRNA in state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications as NH policy.
• Four to six week orientation for new grads; tailored orientation for experienced providers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe anesthesia care to pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Administer anesthetics for diverse surgical/non-surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons and teams.
• Adjust anesthesia plans based on patient status.
• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges.
• Float between sites based on staffing needs.
