Truman Medical Centers seeks an Instructor CRNA – Anesthesia to join University Health Truman Medical Center Kansas City, MO on a PRN, varied shifts. You will supervise and perform anesthesia procedures, contribute to documentation excellence, and mentor anesthesia students, residents, and medical students within a dynamic department.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia (or related field with BSN), a Missouri RN license with advanced practice recognition, National CRNA

Qualifications

• Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia or related field (with BSN)
• Current Missouri RN license with advanced practice recognition
• National CRNA certification and current BLS/ACLS/PALS

Responsibilities

• Instruct nurse anesthesia students, residents and medical students in anesthesia techniques, equipment use and monitoring skills.
• Instruct and contribute to curriculum development and clinical evaluation within the anesthesia department.
• Collaborate with faculty to build a cutting-edge curriculum and provide ongoing departmental development.
