Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team at Salem Hospital. This role offers an opportunity to develop clinical skills within a collaborative care model. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia, monitoring patients, and reviewing medical histories. A Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia and CRNA certification is required. Competitive salary ranges between $219,294.40 and $259,656.80 annually, along with a $40,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be a board-certified licensed CRNA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Experience as a CRNA or New Graduate 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services to all patients.
• Review patients' medical history and manage anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout the peri-operative period.
