Job summary

Mount Desert Island Hospital in Bar Harbor, ME seeks a CRNA to join an all-CRNA team with an emphasis on independent practice. Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Holds current Maine RN/APNP license.
• Graduate from accredited School of Anesthesia.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.
• Allied Health Member of the MDIH Medical Staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency and Medical areas at MDI Hospital.
• Perform blocks as part of independent CRNA practice (training available).
• Support a CAH setting with bread-and-butter surgical cases.
• Collaborate with CRNA team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
