Family Health West in Fruita, CO, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, on-site role at our rural community hospital.

In this position you will provide independent anesthesia care across general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored techniques, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure safe perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Colorado CRNA license in good standing.
• Ability to provide independent anesthesia care in a rural hospital.
• Experience with general, regional, neuraxial anesthesia.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans.
• Independently administer and manage general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Provide perioperative management including airway and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
