Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a CRNA III to provide safe, independent anesthesia care across diverse procedures in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role supports a high-performing, collaborative team across multiple surgical specialties, with a flexible call-from-home model depending on site schedule and volume.

Ideal candidates are experienced CRNAs or recent graduates with NBCRNA certification and current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be an NBCRNA-certified CRNA with current state licensure.
• Orientation and onboarding per NH policy.
• Extensive knowledge of anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures.
• Administer anesthetics for diverse surgical and non-surgical cases.
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons and teams.
• Adjust anesthetic plans based on patient status.
• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges.
• Float between sites based on staffing needs.
