Somnia Inc. invites CRNAs to join Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital in Hazleton, PA, working in a care-team model with EPIC EMR across general, ortho, urology and OB cases.

The package includes a $332,800 annual W2, $160 hourly rate, $75k sign-on with 3-year commitment, $10k annual retention bonus, 6 weeks PTO, $5k CME, and strong benefits. On-call backup incentives may apply. Relocation or referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license in PA.
• Board certification or board-eligible if in process.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general, ortho, urology and OB cases.
• Collaborate within a care-team model and document in EPIC EMR.
• Support on-call backup and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.
