Mass General Brigham is recruiting for its Enterprise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Pool across our system, including Mass General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Mass Eye and Ear, and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. Qualifications

• CRNAs must be licensed, registered and have completed a post-graduate certificate, a master's, or doctorate in anesthesia.
• CRNAs must pass a national qualifying exam in anesthesia.
• CRNAs must maintain ACLS (required) and PALS (recommended) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize clinical operations across our system.
• Work autonomously to the top of licensure and contribute to a diverse clinical caseload.
• Support staffing needs with 3-month orientation and site assignments as required.
