The CRNA at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Inc. will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages in a high-volume setting with 16 ORs.

The role requires a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification, and Massachusetts RN licensure or eligibility, with BLS/ACLS prerequisites. Expect a 36-hour work week, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia is required.
• CRNA certification and NBCRNA recertification are required.
• Massachusetts RN preferred; BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment and planning with patient-specific care.
• Administer general, regional or monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patient using intraoperative data and adjust anesthesia.
• Airway management, ventilation support and fluid management.
• Post-anesthesia care and collaboration with the surgical team.
