Role Overview

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a top-tier, Magnet-recognized hospital. It involves collaborating with medical professionals across various departments, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, cath labs, interventional radiology, pulmonology, and MRI. The role includes providing direct patient care, preparing pre-anesthesia records, reviewing laboratory data, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Certification as RN Anesthetist

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, depending on experience
• Additional pay for call and extra hours; $30,000 sign-on bonus; optional advanced sign-on bonus for students
• Annual call bonus of $15,000 and eligibility for merits
