Job summary

Vero Orthopaedics is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our ambulatory surgery center anesthesia team in Vero Beach, FL. The role offers autonomy within a collaborative model for outpatient cases.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida APRN license and CRNA certification with preferred ASC/outpatient experience. Flexible options include full-time or part-time positions with a sign-on bonus and W-2 or 1099 options.

Qualifications

• Current Florida APRN license and CRNA certification required.
• ASC or outpatient anesthesia experience strongly preferred.
• Weekday hours with no nights, weekends, or in-house call.
• W-2 with benefits or 1099 contract options.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia patient assessments and formulate safe anesthesia plans.
• Provide general anesthesia, regional blocks (if credentialed), and MAC sedation for ambulatory procedures.
• Manage airway, hemodynamics, and patient comfort during intraoperative care.
• Oversee PACU transition and discharge readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and ASC leadership to maintain efficient case flow.
• Uphold ASC safety, compliance, and quality standards.

• Manage airway, hemodynamics, and patient comfort during intraoperative care

• Uphold ASC safety, compliance, and quality standards

Qualifications
