Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to administer anesthesia for diverse procedures under professional direction. The role requires current CRNA certification or eligibility, RN licensure, board verification, and essential certifications (BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS).

Orientation and mobility requirements are part of the position. The selected CRNA will work in a hospital setting with a full range of body motions, including lifting, and will participate in orientation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification by the AANA Council on Certification or eligible for certification.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Verification as a CRNA by the Board of Nursing.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS and NALS certifications.
• Successful completion of hospital and unit-specific orientation.
• Must possess full range of body motion and pass basic FIT test.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures across all age groups under direction of an anesthesiologist or surgeon.
