Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a hospital-based anesthesia team in Winchester, VA.

The role offers flexible weekday scheduling with no call and no weekends in a diverse case mix, supported by a 1:4 care team model. You will provide anesthesia for general, orthopedic, endoscopy, and EP cases, with opportunities for limited OB exposure.

Qualifications

• NBCRNA certification is required.
• Virginia medical license or eligibility is required.
• 3–5 years of CRNA experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALs certifications (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Complete documentation using Epic EMR.

Education

NBCRNA Certified

Virginia license or eligible

3–5 years CRNA experience

BLS, ACLS, PALs certifications (AHA required)
