North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking CRNAs to join a dynamic team near Chicago at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital. The facility offers modern operating rooms, diverse cases, and a supportive hospital environment with Catholic roots in Peoria-based OSF Health Care.

The position features varied shifts, beeper call from home, and strong compensation (W2 $210/hour, 1099 $220/hour) with comprehensive benefits. Per diem options and loan assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
