Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway, and monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus, and features a schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

Qualifications

• CRNA credentialing required or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with staff and physicians.
• Ability to work autonomously within an MSO-supported practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
