Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Active New Jersey State license or able to obtain before start.
• Experience across diverse anesthesia cases.
• Strong communication and patient-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia across orthopedic, ENT, general, and some neurosurgery.
• OB coverage available but not required.
• Collaborate with physicians and CRNAs for safe, efficient care.
• Monitor vitals and adjust anesthesia for patient safety.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and oversee recovery.
