The role offers a generous recruitment incentive of $100,000 and a competitive first-year package up to $400,000+ for full-time employment, with a flexible schedule from 0.5 to 1.0 FTE and a 4-day workweek option.

You will perform general anesthesia cases (excluding OB, Pediatrics, and Cardiac) in a supportive setting, with PSLF eligibility and easy access to Lake Michigan and local amenities.
