Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking full-time CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This CRNA-only model offers autonomous anesthesia care and a collaborative team in a high-quality GI setting.

We provide a Monday through Friday schedule (7am–4pm) with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. Competitive compensation includes a $210,000 base and bonus opportunities, with comprehensive benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
• Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
