Job summary

AAC Pacific Northwest is seeking CRNAs for immediate placement across our Washington GI service line. Roles are designed for flexibility, with multiple sites and a range of weekly commitments to fit your life outside the OR.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with options including W2 and 1099 compensation. Join a team focused on efficient cases and sustainable scheduling across Seattle-area GI locations.

Qualifications

• CRNA licensed (or eligible) in Washington.
• Comfortable with GI procedures.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong clinical judgment.
• Interest in a flexible, lifestyle-friendly practice model.

Responsibilities

• Cover three GI locations in the Seattle area with daily availability.
• Typical day 6:30 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, averaging 8–15 cases.
• Choose home base or rotate; one site per day.
• Work one to five days per week.
• Provide high-quality office-based anesthesia with efficient sedation and recovery.

At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we provide high-quality office-based anesthesia services across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select specialty settings including GI, ENT, fertility/gynecology, and plastics.

We are seeking CRNAs for immediate placement across our Washington GI service line. Our patients are healthy, low-acuity cases, and procedures are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. This model is intentionally designed to support both excellent clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle.

What This Role Looks Like

• Three GI locations across the greater Seattle area — Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds — each with daily availability
• Eight rooms across the three sites, with coverage available every day of the week
• Typical day runs 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch, averaging 8 to 15 cases
• One site per day — you choose a home base or rotate, whatever fits your week
• Work as little as one day per week or as many as five
