Job summary

UAB Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the guidance of an anesthesiologist for a wide range of procedures. The role includes participation in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and exposure to diverse case types across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The position offers a pay range of $203,500–$273,884 per year, a $45,000 sign-on bonus (new hire may qualify) and a yearly incentive of $18,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• APN with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and tests.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
