Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a northwestern Vermont hospital for a skilled CRNA to join a dedicated team. The role includes daily 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with weeknight and weekend beeper calls, in a three CRNA / two MD environment.

Case mix spans orthopedic, general, endo, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and plastics; proficiency in blocks, spinals, and epidurals is required. Malpractice coverage and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
• Beeper call during weeknights and weekends.
• Team structure: 3 CRNAs and 2 MDs.
• 60% medical supervision implied within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic, general, endo, OB/GYN, pediatric, Urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and plastics cases.
• Coordinate care with 3 CRNAs and 2 MDs on the team.
• Document patient care and utilization of Medaxion EMR.
• Support licensing and credentialing through in-house teams.
