Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens in Boston, MA. This role presents a diverse clinical environment with complex ENT, head and neck, skull base, and ophthalmic procedures, working under medical direction and closely with surgeons and perioperative teams.

Pediatric cases may be available; teaching and academic opportunities are also offered. Compensation is $225–$230 per hour.

Qualificações

• Current CRNA certification and required board certification.
• Active Massachusetts license.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT, head and neck, skull base, and ophthalmic procedures.
• Manage high-acuity cases and difficult airways.
• Deliver anesthesia care during the perioperative period and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to support safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentation in Epic.
