Job summary

Hillsboro Medical Center is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia care in a collaborative care team setting in Hillsboro, OR. You will work under supervision of a medically supervising anesthesiologist and alongside CRNAs and clinical staff.

The role involves a broad case mix across general surgery, neurosurgery/spine, vascular, robotics, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, and NORA procedures, with no trauma or cardiac cases.

Qualifications

• CRNA with AANA-accredited education.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Anesthesiology.
• Minimum of two years' CRNA experience.
• Oregon CRNA license in good standing.
• ACLS certification required upon hire.
• Active staff privileges with Hillsboro Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer and manage anesthetics, medications, fluids, blood products, and patient monitoring throughout the perioperative process.
• Manage all phases of anesthesia care, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia handoff.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and care team to monitor patient status, communicate changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
